There is currently no power or septic. The cabin is fully wired and ready to be hooked to power if it becomes available in the area. Owners have a King Canada 10000 watt gas generator that they use for power which will be included. Well is 25' sand point and is for summertime use only. It is not plumbed to the cabin. Owners have above ground water line to the cabin.
